Deliveries
After payment confirmation, the order shipping process begins. We only have one type of shipping - Home Delivery via CTT Registered Mail - and all purchases made after dispatch are delivered within an average period of 2-4 working days in the case of Mainland Portugal and in approximately 5-14 working days. in the case of the Islands. Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next day. Delivery times may differ due to an anomaly on the part of the carrier or due to interference from national or local holidays. There are still times of the year that delay shipping processes due to the increased flow of purchases.

Once the order is closed, the billing data cannot be changed. HAJA has no influence regarding address changes, and the customer can try to make the change with the carrier. As already mentioned, the authenticity of the data or even its insufficiency compromises the entire shipping process, so it is important that the customer be careful when filling out the purchase form.

When sending the order, the customer is notified via email with the shipping number and a link so that they can track the order through the carrier. Shipping information may take time to update.

Orders are delivered on business days, with possible exceptions on national holidays or by location.

Anomalies or direct complaints with the carrier must be reported to them, and the customer can contact HAJA so that we can help.

Product orders are limited to existing stock, so if there is a permanent or temporary stock shortage, the customer will be notified and given the choice of exchanging it for another item or refunding the money in full, at no additional cost.

Orders are packaged with all necessary care to ensure that the items are not damaged during transport. However, if you detect any anomaly in the box, we ask that you keep a photograph so that we can present it as proof to the carrier.
